Petal is doing very well! 🩷🐰 She is the rabbit I posted that was turned into a shelter with two broken back legs, and if a rescue could not take her she was going to be euthanized, so we rushed over and got her. Here she is resting on my lap after being syringe fed. 🍼💛 (Before anyone posts and says rabbits shouldn’t be like this, I want to say I know what I’m doing, and she feels very safe and comfortable in this position with me.)
Tomorrow she is going back to the vet for the splints to be replaced 🏥 — this happens weekly for several weeks until her legs are healed. Please send loving thoughts her way 💕✨ and let’s keep our fingers crossed 🤞 that we will see her running around after all of this is over.
